Marmara University
Marmara University was founded in 1883 AD, and its name was at the time “Al-Hamidi High Trade Office.” It was affiliated with the Ottoman Ministry of Agriculture, Trade and Minerals, and its mission was to graduate qualified people to work in the field of mining, trade, agriculture and industry.
Its first graduating class consisted of 13 people, in 1887

Istanbul University is the largest and oldest university in Turkey, which was established in 1453 by order of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror
The first educational stages of the university began with the Hagia Sophia Church, and the Zayrek Church, which is adjacent to Hagia Sophia, and these two churches are the basic structural roots of Istanbul University.
