The foreigner who has a long -term residence permit in Turkey has all the rights of the Turkish citizen except for candidacy and election, performing military service in Turkey, filling government jobs and entering the car, while maintaining social security.
What are the reasons for refusing long -term residence in Turkey?
In the event that the foreign person constitutes a real threat to the Turkish security and order, long -term residence permit is canceled by the state leadership, and if a foreigner in a country outside Turkey increases for a continuous year, and this is excluded from mandatory service cases in the country of the foreigner and residency for education or For treatment.
How to reactivate long -term residence in Turkey?
The foreigner must reside in Turkey for a period of 8 years continuously in order to be able to submit a request to renew residency in Turkey, according to the legal principles, and Turkish law allows foreigners to submit the request for renewal, either in the state leadership if it is inside Turkey or within the consulates of the republic in the country in which it resides if it is Outside Turkey, the receipt period is about a month.
