Beylikdüzü area includes many commercial centers such as Perlavista Mall, the Tuyap Fair City is located in the area, in addition to the municipality’s service and entertainment centers, the Yakuplu Corniche on the Marmara Sea, and Vadişehir Garden, which is the largest botanical garden in the city and is a series of interconnected gardens up to the Sea of Marmara, its area is estimated at one million square meters.
Beylikduzu area is very rich in public transportation, and access to the area has become much easier with the arrival of the metrobus line, which operates around the clock, which connects to the Asian part of the city

It has the highest rate of increase in the value of land and real estate in Turkey, which attracts investment to it.
